Here’s four simple steps to join the RAF program or Refer A Friend program.

Note:

The ‘Referral Code’ or ‘Referral Link’ is only valid for the same currency.
The minimum cash reward payout is 0.05 BDT and there is no maximum payout amount.

Step 2: Setting Up the Biometrics Login On Your Device

Tap the Settings icon on your Android device.
Scroll down and tap ‘Password & Security’.
Add your fingerprint / Face ID login. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Step 3: Setting Up the Biometrics Login On Kyat9 APP

Open your Kyat9 APP and login into your Kyat9’s Account.
Tap “Set Up Biometrics”.
Click to turn on the feature.
Insert your account password.
Setup completed. You can now get extra protection with the new biometrics login (fingerprint & face ID) feature on Kyat9 APP!

Step 1: There are three ways to download Kyat9 App

Select the ‘Profile’ button and click ‘APP Download’.
Click on the Android iconat the bottom of the Kyat9 homepage.
Click on the link to download.
Step 2: Tap “Android Download” when prompted.

Step 3: After successfully downloading the file, open the file and proceed to the installation phase. It only takes a few seconds to install the APP.

How to download Kyat9 App? (Android)

Please follow these simple steps to perform a password reset.

Step 1: Click on the ‘Login’ button on the Kyat9 homepage and select ‘Forgot Password”.

Step 2: Select how you would like to reset your password.

i) If you would like to reset your password via email, please input your username and verified email address associated with your Kyat9 account and click “Confirm”. Login and check your email for a random password. Please check your junk/spam mail folder if you didn’t receive the email.

ii) If you would like to reset your password via SMS, please input your username and verified phone number associated with your Kyat9 account and click “Confirm”. You will then receive a notification that your password has been changed, and please check your phone for a random password.

Step 3: Login to your account using the new random password. Please change the random password to your own password to ensure account security. Enter the random password and then enter your new password. Click ‘Submit’.

Note:

After requesting three SMS reset passwords, you have to wait for another 72 hours to try again.
You must login into your account within 15 minutes after receiving the new random password, otherwise, the password will expire.
Reset password via SMS will not affect the request to reset password through Email. If you’re unable to reset the password via SMS, you can request to reset the password via email.
If you’re unable to reset the password via SMS and Email, please contact our customer support team. Our customer support representatives will conduct the verification manually and reset the password for you.

How to reset password?

You are required to verify your email address, phone number and update your date of birth before you can submit any withdrawal requests. To verify your account,

Step 1: Log in to your Kyat9 account. Select “Profile” > “Personal Info”.

Step 2: Select the “Not verified” button next to your phone number. Click ‘Verify’ and the OTP code will be sent to you via SMS and will expire after 5 minutes. Enter the OTP code in the column and click “Submit”.

Step 3: Select the “Not verified” button next to your email address. Click ‘Verify’ and the OTP code will be sent to you via email and will expire after 5 minutes. Please check your [Spam/Junk] email folder if you didn’t receive the email. Enter the OTP code and click “Submit”.

Step 4: Update your date of birth by clicking the ‘Edit Birthday’ button, input the year, month and day respectively and click ‘Save’. Your account verification is now complete.

Note: If you didn’t receive the email, please check if:

i) Your personal mailbox is full
ii) Delivered email were flagged as [Spam/Junk]
iii) Delayed due to network issues
iv) Incorrect email upon registration

Step 1: Visit to Kyat9 homepage, and click on the ‘Sign Up’ button on the homepage.

Step 2: Complete the registration form with your personal details. We require:

a. Username
A sequence of characters that uniquely identifies you, between 4 to 15 characters, allow numbers (with no capital letters and blank).

b. Password
Case-sensitive, between 6 to 20 characters which must consist of letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9).

c. Currency
Select your preferred currency from the drop down menu. All your deposits and withdrawals will be made via this preferred currency.

d. Full name
Your registered name should match with your identification.

e. Phone number & Email address
Please ensure that you’re using your current phone number and email address when registering, as you will need to verify this information as your identity proof in the future.

f. Refer code
Key in your friend’s referral code if your friend invites you to join us. If you don’t have any referral code, you shall ignore it and proceed to the next step.

g. Verification code
